Terms & Conditions

The following words and phrases used in these Terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" or "Site" refers to the ybaji website, mobile website, and all services operated under this domain.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who uses the platform through a registered account on ybaji.
• "Account" refers to a user's registered profile through which they can access all services.
• "Deposit" refers to funds added to an account.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to a stake placed to participate in a game or sports event.
• "Bonus" refers to additional funds or benefits provided by the platform that are usable subject to meeting specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition specifying how much must be wagered before bonus funds become withdrawable.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process used to confirm a user's identity.

To open an account and use the services on ybaji, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be legally eligible to participate in this type of gaming activity.
• You are acting on your own behalf — managing an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Your account has never previously been banned from ybaji or any associated platform.

ybaji may at any time request a valid national ID card, passport, or other required documents from you for age and identity verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Each person may open one account only. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and ybaji reserves the right to close all such accounts.

When registering an account, you must ensure the following:

• All information must be accurate, truthful, and up to date.
• You must provide an active mobile number and email address that belong solely to you.
• Your password must be strong and must not be shared with anyone.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the ybaji support team immediately. ybaji does not accept liability for losses caused by third-party access.

ybaji supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. The detailed rules for deposits and withdrawals are set out below:

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposited funds must be sent from a payment account registered in your own name only.
• Deposits sent from third-party accounts will be rejected and the associated account may be suspended.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Typical withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• If any unusual activity is suspected, ybaji reserves the right to temporarily hold any withdrawal and will make a decision after completing an investigation.

ybaji offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered members from time to time. All such offers are governed by the following general rules:

Welcome Bonus

• A 120% bonus on the first deposit is available up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: A ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Another example: A ৳26,000 deposit earns a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳41,000.

Wagering Requirement

• The wagering requirement is 20 times — applied to the bonus amount only, not the deposit.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated on the offer page.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• ybaji reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
• In the event of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity, the bonus will be forfeited.
• VIP members receive weekly cashback based on their tier — ranging from 0.2% to 1.0% from Bronze to Diamond.

All games on ybaji are operated by third-party software providers. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair and unbiased play.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or strategically control any game outcome is prohibited.
• Any bet completed due to a technical error will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake is generally refunded.
• The cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports betting sections each have their own detailed rules.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

In sports betting, if a dispute arises over the result of a match or event, ybaji will make a final decision based on its own sources, and that decision will be binding.

• Money laundering or conversion of illegal funds — all financial transactions are verified.
• Creating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
• Placing bets using software bots, scripts, or other automated methods.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's systems, servers, or security measures.
• Sharing an account or balance with other users.
• Attempting to exploit platform bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassment, threats, or inappropriate behavior toward other users.
• Enabling minors to access the platform.

If ybaji identifies suspicious activity, it reserves the right to retain all data related to the account in question and to notify the relevant authorities where applicable.

ybaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• If information provided by the user is found to be false or incomplete.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or failure to cooperate with the process.
• Reasons related to financial security or compliance.

The valid balance (excluding bonuses) of a suspended or closed account is generally refunded, though this process may be delayed while an investigation is ongoing.

Users may also request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat.

ybaji prioritizes responsible gaming. Gaming is entertainment — it should not be treated as a source of income.

• You can set your own spending limits.
• You can request to exclude yourself from the platform temporarily or for an extended period (Self-Exclusion).
• If you experience a gaming problem, contact the support team — we are always ready to help.
• Keeping minors away from the platform is the responsibility of every parent or guardian.

• Losses caused by a failure of the user's own account security.
• Unforeseen circumstances that are beyond ybaji's control.

ybaji reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered as the user's acceptance of those changes.

• If you do not agree to the revised terms and conditions, you may request to close your account.
